It will download the notes you have saved, but will not update the database. Currently you have to remove and reinstall it to update the patient database.
They are working on a fix but mostly it is good to record telephone conversations and check on meds/allergies.

We have never been able to fully sync all the patients with it. It keeps disconnecting/freezing, citing some error. Frustrating.
We have now switched to Android phones, and AC has nothing for those.
