Hello, It has just came to my attention from our providers that when they are finishing up a patient encounter and filling out the "Code/Sign Encounter" screen and choosing the CPT codes that anything that is ordered by the provider as in-house tests, immunizations, procedures, etc., isn't automatically being put into the Superbill. Is there a way this can be done? It seems redundant to select a test as an order and then have to find the code again for the encounter/superbill. Thanks,

I am sorry but at this time they have to be added as the note is coded or the bill has to be updated later. We are adding the ability to add CPT codes during the encounter as part of PM. Orders that are marked as in-house tests and have cpt codes added in Admin Options will be automatically added to the bill.

It will be a nice feature to have. I am sure many providers will be very happy. I hope it is available without purchasing the PM software as an upgrade in the near future. Thanks for the info.
