Been meaning to ask this for awhile. About 1/3 of the time I click on a growth chart to make it larger, the program crashes. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ditto. I have stopped printing growth charts for parents because it wastes time (and I'm not able to get it to print well (if at all)). Same with trying to order labs/tests directly from the right clicking the patient's name. When ordering labs, I get out my old prescription pad and write it out. Error message about something not fitting printing parameter appears prior to shutting down the program. Consistently reproducible with me. This bug has been around for years. Previously mentioned by me but I have given up on reporting the issue as that too appears to be a waste of time and I don't want my program shut down permanently.

Roy,

Yes, I wonder if this is a known bug that Vinny can work on. I only expand the growth chart AFTER I save the chart. I haven't had the issue with the lab thing and have to do it from the name so it is saved.

LOL on the shut down. I don't know if Jon reads these and laughs or adds another point on your Excel spreadsheet.

Maybe this should be a thread about bugs and crashes. Generally, if we get Vinny involved it helps. And, while I am on it, can we print all three growth charts if possible at one time.

AND, it seems to be the only thing printable where I can't choose what printer I want. The red dots look better on a color printer than on black and white.

I do think that you and I have the longest record of using the "green sick icon." <G>
