I suppose I should know how to request updates, but isn't Augmentin ES 600 mg/5mL a pretty standard medication? It's been around for a while. I can't find it.

Does that mean it is listed in AC? I can't find it.

Since you get to Newcrops through AC, the answer is yes.

Can you bring it up in the prescription writer and do a printscreen or a snippet. It is not in mine.

I sent you a 'print screen' but I am very sure I am missing something, and what I sent, is not what you need. mts

Thanks. But, do you have a screenshot of Augmentin ES in the prescription writer of AC? I can't go over to New Crop to prescribe it. I can't believe it is not in AC?

Why can't you use Newcrops? It is tied into our eprescribing.

I can use it, but it would take much longer. It is harder to have it save in the med list. But, it is a lot easier to simply type Aug..., choose Augmentin ES, write the sig, etc., prescribe it and send it. I would just type it in and fax it. I don't understand why New Crop has it listed and has all of the other formulations in AC but not Augmentin ES.

That is true of many meds. Try finding the newest adult meds (cardiac/chemo/neuro). I also use newcrops for formulary choices. It is just 2 extra clicks and is a good resource when needed.

Exactly what I needed. Confirmation that Augmentin ES is not in the codified choices in AC.

Thanks for your time.

I knew there was a solution to this and it was not clicking.

Yes Augmentin ES 600 is missing .....

but there is amoxicillin-clavulenic acid 600mg/42.9mg/5mL oral liquid. They are forcing you to the Generic Side.

Nor is there nizoral cream; it is listed as ketoconazole cream. Etc, etc.
