I can't seem to figure out how to remove a provider from the schedule. I don't want to deactivate her as a user, she still has charts to sign off, but I need to take her off the schedule page.

Go to the administrative section. Then under scheduling, the last tab is "Transfer Appointments" This will allow you to remove the appointments, then change to schedule to reflect no appointments.

Hi HMWLCMD,
After transferring the appointments, try inactivating the Provider. Log out, log back in and reactivate the Provider. Again log out then log in to save the changes. This should remove the Provider from the schedule, while keeping her active. If this does not work please let me know so that we can set up a time to look at the issue.
