Hey, Instead of having to print a screen shot of a posting or a thread wouldn't it be nice to be able to have one of those "printer friendly" buttons to click on that would save some ink and the like??? Perhaps letting one choose which section to print. When some of you folks post your wise advice I print it out to show Nancy or to leave it by the computers here to refer to until everybody gets the hang of the new idea... Small suggestion and not a biggie for sure, but there you have it...

That would be nice, but I'm not sure how doable it is.
I always just highlight the part of the thread I want to use, right-click on it, select "Print...", then click on "Print Selection."
If I wanted the information bigger, I just paste the selection into Word, clean it up, and scale up the font.

Hi Folks - There IS a printer friendly version! Look up top.. see the "Topic Options" thingie?? That's a pull-down menu! Click the triangle and look for the "Print Topic" selection. It will lay the page out in printer-friendly format, then just print it.
Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
Regards,

Paul or Vinny or Brian,
This should be put in Tips or Tricks, if it hasn't already. Great tip. I finally found out you could add a post to your watch list a while back by using that.

I've turned a lot of them ON which were OFF by default - for example you now can see how many things are unread as well as how many there are, with the unread in parenthesis.
Play with it. Have fun!
