Trying to figure this out. My nurse frequently will give infusions, which should be a separate note, outside of mine...her evaluation, exam and procedure. However, she is not allowed to sign and it bounces to me to do this...but it muddles my exam and I didn't do this vitals etc....

please advise....

How about she does infusions as an addendum? She could do what she needs to do and save it as a separate note.

You could always set her up as a provider, but I think that would require another user license?
