OP tceg Member Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 131	Trying to figure this out. My nurse frequently will give infusions, which should be a separate note, outside of mine...her evaluation, exam and procedure. However, she is not allowed to sign and it bounces to me to do this...but it muddles my exam and I didn't do this vitals etc.... please advise.... Neil Rheumatology
