How can I change a drug which was previously codified as the wrong concentration?
If I hit "codify" and enter the drug with correct concentration, the only product listed to
select is the incorrect one.

How can I delete incorrect concentration?
How can I then enter correct concentration and codify it?

Thanks

Astepro nasal spray. Comes only as 0.15% or 205.5 mcg. The codified offering
is 137 mcg/inh which is, of course, the azelastine strength of the original product
Astelin, not Astepro.

Problem is, I inadvertently saved med to various patient's records as Astepro
and when sent to pharmacy they kick it back as "no 137 mcg strength". Pain.

Ideally I could select Astepro 205.5 and select change all instances but there's
no 205.5 option.

In my Rx writer V6.0.10 I have both versions, Astepro 0.1%(137mcg) and 0.15%(205.5 mcg).

Sorry, I should have specified:

I'm referring to Write Scripts through AC
5.0.29 directly, not managing via NewCrop
screens. Indeed, NewCrop screens will
bring up the correct Astepro option.

To save time I usually e-Prescribe thru
AC Write Scripts rather than click on
the Manage via NewCrop Screens option.
