I have mentioned this previously and will again in hopes of an improvement. I used PRAXIS previously and a cool feature is the ability to highlight physical abnormalities. When a new note is created, whatever was highlighted ie heart murmers, scars, deformities, moles, etc show up in the physical exam section - subdued, and won't print unless you click on it.
The value I think is obvious - someone with a heart murmur comes in for bronchitis and often you click your bronchitis template and forget to modify the cardiac exam. It also can remind you to consciously listen to it and see if it has changed. Someone with moles, you don't have to retype or go into a previous note, copy and paste.
