Hey all......!
Sure appreciate your experience and input for us AC neophytes
Regarding procedure notes and simple "Doc to Doc" notes outside of the visit......how do you do that ?

Procedure notes can go either into the note section (main page) or into an addendum note. You can also use a full visit note if you like.
Doc to Doc would best be email/note. These will not be part of a permanent chart, but could be if you save it that way.

You're welcome. There are other ways to do this, these are the ways we found were practical
