Can't answer your question my friend but I did recently get a communication from a "secondary" carrier that I met the criteria for documentation of "meeting treatment guidelines" of my group of insured patients. After having multiple charts pulled and increased office staff time utilized over a 1 year period, I was awarded a $ 98.00 bonus.... if I calculate correctly....less than .04 cents per day for ALL PATIENTS covered by this carrier !
I now know...confirmed...! I didn't do this for the money !

I am working on it and have problems with getting attested for alternate CQM (3 from the list are required). Seems that AC meaningful use wizard is not recognizing that I did fulfill required documentation. I did email AC support but no answer yet. Did anyone else have the same problem ?

can somebody please help me in getting started with "clinical Quality Measures" I tried to click on this in a pt's chart and it says "see how to do in AC" and when I go there, it says "see individual core measure" Where do I go from here?
