In version 5, is there a way to re-activate inactive patients?

Just go under demographics and uncheck the inactive box....should work.

For some reason, these people are no longer even showing up even when I search under "all patients" instead of "active patients"! Weird?

Is weird. Maybe it's telling your something? Can you find them on a search under DOB?

Download VIPER at www.medwaresoftware.com and install and connect. Safe and easy. It finds vaccines that AC doesn't show. It may find the user in the database. If the user is there, it would show it. Of course, you could look directly in the database, but that's a story for a different day.

Luckily, most of my inactive patients are ones I have dismissed for wanting pain meds, non-payers, etc.. but tried to look one up the other day and they were gone! Will try to look under DOB next time and see if that pulls up anything..
