If the provider wants to send a message to all of his nurses, is the group nursing box not the way to do it? I think the staff gets assigned to a group box by the administrator when you assign the users' function level. I don't really use the group boxes and would like to delete them from the drop-down, except I do send a partially completed chart to the provider box for me to complete later rather than sending it back to my inbox...
