Can anyone explain to me how the group boxes work? If the provider wants to send a message to all of his nurses, is the group nursing box not the way to do it?
We tried to send a message to the box but I am not sure where it went or how to retrieve it.

This function still needs a lot of work, IMO. It is not useful to me the way it is set up so I do not use it.

You can retreive sent messages from your outbox. I think the staff gets assigned to a group box by the administrator when you assign the users' function level. I don't really use the group boxes and would like to delete them from the drop-down, except I do send a partially completed chart to the provider box for me to complete later rather than sending it back to my inbox...
