I managed to successfully implement SBS 2011 this past weekend. I am impressed with all the features.
Personal email (HIPAA compliant because the mail is stored on our server rather than google/yahoo/etc.), SSL Remote Desktop, Outlook Web Access, Sharepoint. I even threw in a Mainpine IQ Express Fax Modem (~$400), sure it was expensive, but we are consistently getting faxes without any transmission errors. faxes go into Sharepoint and Email (created rule to sort out). Our old US Robotics one was failing on 40% of faxes especially if it was greater than 5 pages. This new one has no problem receiving 60 page faxes! Moved from Peer-to-Peer to Domain/Client Setup. 7 Computers.
.......Technology overload yet extremely satisfied.
There were a few issues with my printers such as the HP Laserjet 4100 Drivers but I use the Universal Drivers and a technique called "Poodle Faking". The Canon MF 4370D drivers were pretty easy to install. Another major issue was I found that I couldn't send faxes from my XP Pro SP3 32 Bit Client Computers (a.k.a. all 7 of them.) I have a workaround using the drivers from Server 2003. I made a batch file which auto patches the drivers if anyone is interested.
