Good morning. I have not been able to remove my block on the schedule. It looks only removed some after the computer automatically back up. however the block was not removed completely, I checked back, most of the blocks still there. would appreciate if you give me advice.

I have recently had the same problem. Send a bug report.

Leslie, just wanted to be sure it wasn't a version-related issue; it doesn't sound like it is. We are on 5.028 and had some problems in the past, but none with the current version. Are you blocking through the admin area or just in the daily scheduler?

Through the administrator. In older versions this worked fine but I have had trouble unblocking slots in this version.

Hello xtang6543 and Leslie,
I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Schedule Block. Depending on how you put the block in, there are different ways to remove them.
If you put the block directly on the schedule, you can highlight the line on the schedule. It will turn blue, then click the gray block directly to the left of the time slot, now the line will turn green. you can then hit delete on your keyboard. Repeat this for each line you wish to delete. Please note, that if you have more than one Provider in your practice, you will have to click on the Provider's name to filter only that Provider, before you can take the above steps.
If you added the block in the Admin Options, click the Schedule icon, then click the Block/Unblock tab, select the Provider, and find the blocks you wish to delete. Clear whatever phrase that you used for the block, such as "Break", by highlighting the phrase and deleting it. Close the window, and restart Amazing Charts. That should take care of it.
If it does not please contact Tech Support so that we can resolve the issue for you both. Hope this helps!

Darryl,
I cannot remember how the blocks were put in but I ended up having to click on each one as you said and back it out. It was a pain having to do a whole week like that. (More of a pain not being able to take off!!)
