So I upgraded to 5.16 today and when I try to renew refill requests I get a message for all my refills that says "the prescription is unmatched" so I can't renew any of them. All the meds are codified. Any ideas?

Got the Guardian Angels today and thought I would share what I learned about this. All my renewals are coming in colored yellow which means that whatever the pharmacy is sending me is not exactly matching what I have in the data base. If this happens to you, double click on the pt and "match" screen will come up. Pick the appropriate pt from the list (usually there is only one)and say OK. Then the person turns white and you can proceed with the renewal. V 5.16.

Has anyone else noticed that the "renewals" number on the main screen under the messages and scheduled patients count does not correlate with the actual number of renewal requests? Right now mine says I have 3 renewal requests and there are none.

an improvement to the automated renewals on AZ5.16 would be to be able to update the meds in the matching meds window rather than having to close out, then go to the pt and add the new codified med in the profile. it would be a lot easier to be able to just add the med through tth eauto-renewal windows
