For convenience, how do you feel about using built in mike on your laptop or note book for dictation? It seems a pain in the butt to wear a headset or carry a mike?

The voice and noise rejection quality in a built-in mike won't be good enough for Dragon. Even some headset mikes made for Skype & other VOIP uses won't work with Dragon. Best look at the Nuance website for approved mikes.
