I practice pediatrics in a working poor neighborhood that is very ethnically diverse. The traditional stable family is the rarity. The social histories frequently change. It would be nice to have one place for a household linkage for a common social and family history.

I'm working on an idea to create unique word documents for each family to include family and social history. These documents will be named with the birthday and the head of household name that will be housed in a Folder that will house these documents.

In AC I will have a skeletal history that will have the name of the 'household file' that I can review and update without closing the AC chart.

Any thoughts / or other suggestions?
