How are folks documenting flu shots in charts?

I go to health maintanence and click on immunizations at top and then it takes me to immunization screen. I start typing influenza and it brings up fluzone, fluvirin, etc and I click on the proper one and then fill in the fields. I usually always do the left deltoid so I end up only typing in the lot # and selecting the site once. Subsequent flushots are just a few clicks to document until I change to a different lot # or manufacturer. It shows up in my note in the plan. There is another screen where I have seen it but I don't exactly remember where.
