been a busy day with ac support trying to solve what seems to have turned out to be an insoluble sql problem. will have to move ac to another system as the original has become inhospitable (wonder if anyone else has encountered that issue and solved it?) in any case, as we were closing out the session, the support person said that they don't support systems on a domain due to the heightened complexity. that was news to me as I don't recall running across that anywhere before. am I just experiencing a senior moment or is this a new issue and something potential purchasers (now that costs have doubled) should be aware of?

I have not heard that support is not available if you are on a Domain. I am on a domain and works quite well. Support actually worked with the firewall administrators to enable offsite back up and all.

When we set up our system 7 months ago, there was conflicting information. Our IT guys said that they were told it was BEST to set up as a domain when they called, but another tech person had said not to do it. Our domain works fine. Might be tech specific.

See PM. Good for you for having a domain.
