I have been getting the following error message for the last week when I try to import items. I run the utility and it finds anywhere from 4 to 12 items missing, although they are all the same item repeated multiple times. It works for a few imports after running utility then goes back to same error. Still using ver 4 but plan to update to v 5 in the next few days. Hopefully that will correct it but I wonder if I should restore AC to before errors started prior to installing new version? Here is the error message I get:


"There is a file missing from this patient's Imported Item directory. The file that is missing is \\server\amazing charts\ImportItems\3424.

This most likely is due to the file being manually deleted outside of Amazing Charts. (The file was originally imported from \\Server\medrec docs\patient data\D\dummy labs 5 21 10.pdf.)

Amazing Charts will ignore this missing file for now. If you continue to experience this problem, please run the Import Items Utility in the Admin/Maintenance window."

I think I solved my own problem. Conflict with my antivirus program. Since I have disabled it I haven't gotten further error messages or missing items.

I get this error sometimes. Havenl't looked into it yet.
