i have sent in the authorization requests more than 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for the authorization, has anyone else had these delays? my partner got his in a few days.

I would ping support on Monday - sounds like something went awry. When I had this happen years ago with another issue they fixed it right away.

I had that happen the other day and I called Tech support and apparently a lot of these are going to their SPAM Filter and not being answered. When I finally Live chatted them, they found my request and sent me the authorization code right away.
