Does it put every prescription you write twice in the plan?
Is it always present - reproducible every time?

No somehow you are duplicating the steps. You should talk to IT to try to figure out how you are achieving this.

Slightly different but very similar...in the plan section of V5.0.22 orders will often be printed three times, ( occasionally two times) and on some good days usually only once. The same thing happens with medications except less frequently and more usually in duplicate rather than triplicate. This acts like the weather, on some days it is more cloudy than other days. I haven't said anything to support hoping that it would magically disappear with updates. This used to happen when I first installed V4.0.7 and gradually became less frequent. Just takes extra time to clean up the note and I want to save time not spend it.

Sometimes I will have it put >12 copies of orders in chart - this is only happening rarely now and hopefully will go away. The difficulty AC had was that it was not reproducible - another funny error they are working on is that if I enter a weight for the pt. and then open the tab that has O2 sat - enter a sat and hit save - if you move the window so you can see the weight it will change to 83.6 lbs the second that you hit SAVE......

Hello, the fix is very simple When you create script you will see 2 buttons on the right side of the screen . By default it is printing all scripts on one page and print one script per page. You just have to click on print one script per page.
