WHAT DOES THAT COST THE INDIVIDUAL USER?
Allow Priority Claims to provide Full Revenue Cycle Management at 8% of all billing transactions and claims for 1 initial year. No other fees, period.
This doesn't seem to include the billing portion, e.g. your company doesn't do outside billing. Just collects 8% of the billing.
SYSTEM DESIGN:
We plan to install and maintain a robust, central computer (with RAID 1 support) that will house your Amazing Charts Database. The database is managed by Microsoft SQL server express. From there, client computers with connect with the central computer via a wireless network (wired networks will be used if lines have been preinstalled in your office). All of your data will be syncronized (sp?) together from each computer on the central computer.
This central computer will be located in a secure location at your office. You can be sure that your files are kept safe and confidential at your location. Your database of patient demographics and charts will be backed up remotely to an Amazing Charts server warehouse in Texas. We can also backup all of your data on-site on an external hard drive. If your main computer ever goes down, we will be there to replace it, for free, as long as you are within the contract period. Your data can then be restored to the last date of restored data.
SO IS THIS SAYING YOUR COMPANY SETS UP A CENTRAL SERVER WITH RAID 1 ONSITE? IS THIS SAYING YOUR COMPANY OFFERS OFF-SITE BACKUPS TO YOUR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES?/
Finally, you state you will be there to fix it. Your company is in California. How do you get to sites on the east coast?
