I wish the Rx Writer held more than the last 100 meds you have written in the memory. Since many of the meds I use have multiple doses, that list of 100 is exhausted pretty quickly. It is so nice when a med you use regularly has all the info filled in for you.

Please tell me that does not refer to limitation on the previously written script in a patients chart.

No, though some patients might feel like they take that many. I'll tell you it is alot easier to refill patients c multiple meds with AC than it is c paper Rxs.

I guess I don't rely on the previous saved information as I take care of kids and adults - many different doses. I think that will all have to change - the only way a program can check for interactions and allergies is if you are using a pre-defined med name, eg picked out of a list and then you can always free text the dose. I think we probably will not be able to just type in allergies either as it will need predefined ones to check.

This will be hard for some as I list food and bees in allergies sometimes. After all the kinks are ironed out I think it will be great.
