Hi,

My office staff has lately noticed that some of our email messages have mysteriosly disappeared. When we were new to AC a couple of years ago, it was mainly due to accidental deletions, forwarding to the wrong recipient...etc. and we have been able to contain this with time but since our recent upgrade, the email thief is back...

Anyone else with the same issue?

Yes, we were having that problem intermittantly with 4.0.60, the lost messages were sporadic and seem to have cleared up with a few things. One is to make sure the clocks on all the computers are set to the same time. We reconfigured the network in the office from a series of computers to a domain setup, and we upgraded to 4.0.72 ( or 4.0.73 now I think). Sometimes the messages would go into the recipients deleted box and we had to check that box periodically (and definitely at the end of the day before closing AC) and sort through what was in there. ( A real pain in the neck and not good, there were several messages about abnormal labs that needed treatment that got lost.)
