Hello I am finally upgrading to v4- most of my computers are vista but I still have a couple xps- as well. I am thinking of buying a 64bit vista computer to be my server- currently I am using one of xp computers on v3. My question is should there be any issues using the 64bit as a server in relation to the vista and the xps- and in theory would it be faster with more ram- etc. Thanks tim

also just wondering if I can migrate from v3 to v4 using the 64bit vista by instaling v3 on it first with v3 data- or should I convert from v3 to v4 on another vista then migrate data in v4 to the 64 bit thanks

I would recommend buying SBS 2008. If you already have the hardware to support x64 then why go to Vista. BTW, Window7 has been released to manufacturing. MSDN subscribers can download it Aug 6, 2008.
Stay away from Vista as a Server.
