I was just going through my messages and I thought I had printed one for my paper records and deleted it and THEN noted that I did not print it. Is there a way of recovering deleted messages in AC??? Trash file or something??? HELP

Doc,

I'm confused. Hard as I try I can NOT delete a message. It warns you that it is permanent, but if you delete it, it goes to the deleted items. You know the one you access from the drop down menu with Inbox, Outbox, etc.

Now, if you deleted it AND closed AC, you are basically screwed depending on your server OS type.

As Bert Stated, There is a dropdown box that usually says inbox that I don't touch that often, but it holds deleted messages until I believe you restart. I might look on a couple different computers even if you have closed that particular computer, You may be able to find the note.

Let us know.

I believe that once any AC is closed, it is bye bye to the deleted items. They are all connected to the server.

But, if you have any OS with VSS, it may still be on the server.

You may be right. I have "undeleted" a few times, but I tend to rarely log out, I just lock my user on Windows, so they sometimes stay open for weeks.
