I am using windows xp pro, vista, or vista 32. When migrating, it gives me an error :no permissions archive schedule. I can migrate the patient demographics however, all of my soap notes are not available.

Try the latest version on our website at www.amazingcharts.com/beta as we recently fixed a migration issue - but if you still run into an issue, please ping us at www.amazingcharts.com/help for assistance.

I tried doing the migration myself. I then called in tech support which I have paid for. There seems to be a problem with a corrupt database. This was supposed to be turned over to a programmer. I have called no less than 5 times checking the status without results. Each time I get "we'll call you back" and still no response. Each day my database runs the risk of crashing. This is very poor service and I an not happy with results. I hope no one else has to experience this frustration. I will be very hesitant to renew my subscription for tech support.

What version are you on and have you tried running the utilities programs on your main computer? That seems to fix a lot of errors.

As an afterthought I also tend not to call Guardian angels, but ping on line - seems to be the fasted resolution.

I really wish they would change their name to tech support. But, I guess I should be careful what I wish for, lol.
