I have had the most bizarre problem today. I cannot delete charts or messages from my inbox. As I open them, the popup asks me to delete message - I say yes - as I have done for the last 5 years. Only message stays. I highlight it, and click delete button from message window - select delete one, as I have for 5 years - and message stays. This affected all users at all PCs all day. We discovered that if you click delete button in message window and select delete multiple - you can delete one or multiples. We shut down, we rebooted, we "fixed malfunctioning database," we "compacted and maintained..." And still it is not working. On occasion a bug detected window would pop up [please tell us what you were doing when this window appeared] which had error about error on move message inbox to deleted... or something like that. And I would error report - about 4 times this morning. But am so at a loss. No other programs on any computer were acting up. Ideas?

I would highly recommend contacting AC support team (Guardian Angels). They get me out of every jam I throw them. Unfortunately, they close down at 8 PM EST and the clock just struck 8.

I would also suggest contacting support. I've never seen this one before.

I've called tech support. They confirmed the bug. Waiting for solution. This is really crazy. My inbox is a nightmare. Interestingly, labs delete just fine when I review them. Only charts and messages from my staff won't delete.

Would you consider saving the AmazingCharts.mdb, uninstall AC, then reinstall it? Copy the Amazingcharts.mdb file onto your server and see if that works?

Did it already last week. No difference. The problem appears to be with the database. Actually, we called guardian angels last week. This is reportedly a "known" issue. I am currently down. Sent my database to them over lunch break. They are adding in some "key" and sending it back to me in a few minutes and should be good as new.

v 3.7.15 So Guardian angels took my database - replaced a "key" then gave it back to me... but now all my prices I had set are gone. I have written down .. somewhere.. what all my prices are (were) and now have to go back and change them. WTF? not cool. I was going for a "fix" not a "trade one problem for another." But my inbox bug is gone and I am happy with that... and if my karma needed to give me another problem.. well, price changing is less of a hassle than an inbox where I couldn't delete anything....
