I was able to sign off on imported labs in my inbox but I must have turned something off without my knowlegde. How do I turn this on again? Thanks.

Hi Jos, Your question is a little vague to me and seems incomplete. Could you please describe the problem in more detail that you are having so that we could more clearly assist you in finding a solution?

Let me clarify. I don't get a message in my inbox to sign off on imported items. Not sure how I'm supposed to sign off on my labs. thanks!

I am wondering what level of security your staff are set to have? Look under "View"-->"Administrator options"-->"users"-->check the Level of Access buttons midway down. I know that if the other staff are listed as Medium, Low, or Lowest Level of Access, then when they file things a notice will be sent to your inbox indicating that something was filed.
You therefore click one of the notices that something was filed and it brings up the Sign-Off Window.
Check into this scenario and let me know how it goes.
