It is been a while that I have downloaded AC and I am playing with it to learn so after learning and evaluation I purchase it... Tonight while playing with the package and enteying data for the only single patient I have in the system when I clieck the SignChart I got bomed off and I sent the bog screen with my email... and Submited the Bug Report. I would like to know what went wrong?

Was the error reproducible? Does it happen every time you try it, or was that a one time deal?

First, the bug report will go directly to support, so they will have information we don't have. As Adam said, can you reproduce it. What version are you running? What were you doing just before?

I have used AC in every version since its inception and that has never happened. And, Jon, will tell you as my programmer, Ed, will tell you; if you can't reproduce it (meaning they), then yoou can't fix it.

If it happens again, I would first, run the AC Utilities and fix the database, and two, re-install. So, in order:

Utilities
Reboot (fixed over 50% of all Windows errors)
Reinstall

Bert's advice is sound. I have not been using AC quite as long, coming upon a year. But I'm experienced w/ it and have advanced computer/networking skill.

I've never had this problem myself. But if it exists and it is a bug, you would need to reproduce it in order for AC staff to fix it.
