Home Forums Discussions Problems can't print out encounter after making a letter.

I'm having an occasional weirdness where if I make a letter for a pt (and printing that out is ok), but then i start completing encounters and try to print that, ac says 'Nothing to report' and has "lstEncounters" under "1. select desired note" section instead of my notes. i then have to restart AC to get everything to work again.

I've had this happen also. I usually close the chart, reopen it, and the go to print under the menu line. It works some of the time. And then I don't have a problem for a few days.

i got a email from ac saying it's a bug they're fixing for ver 4...

i seem to only get the error after printing out letters..otherwise i don't get it either.
