I use it too, works great. They do use the actual "Instant Medical History" software which AC already works with. However, we have no way to get Phreesia's data into AC's interface. SO currently I have the forms saved as PDF, which we then print or import.
They did send me a wireless router but I sent it back. The tablets hooked right up to my existing wi-fi network and I did not want the hassle of another access point.
They also have a nice website you can log into and change your intake settings (sensitivities of different topics).
