This was my third server in the last 10 years, with the latest one set up last year.
I did not need any assistance from AC to set up my server and network, nor did I need any help in installing AC. All I needed was a multiple-digit number for recredentialing/SQL server.
Then I restored from the backup.
I was not purchasing any new product from AC, and they should not have charged me.
To their credit, they did not.
