It has been very nice to have the remote access and monitoring of incoming messages, faxes etc. via Updox.
Unfortunately, they "broke" may ability to monitor Updox on my Samsung phone a couple of weeks ago with their security update.
This started a series of disappointing exchanges with technical support.
Tom: do you have access to Updox on your phone, and if so did you have any problems?
