I added up all the recurring expenses we have for AC, PM software, clearinghouse, automatic reminders, telehealth, IT support. It costs $1365 per month for us with just 1 physician. Now the other EHRs that was over $1000/month (but can do most of these other things that AC does not do and we have to pay extra for) are starting to look good.
