Bert have you looked into Office Practicum or PCC? They are pediatric specific and from what I've heard, the pediatricians and staff using them love them. We've never demoed bc our doctor will be retiring in a few years and doesn't want to switch right now. A lot of our complaints with AC are related to how it's not for pediatrics AT ALL.
