Bugs are to be expected. We all learn to wait for a fix, live with the bug, or develop work arounds.
The big disappointment is product development.
Put aside mandates and upgrades dictated by tech requirements... tell me the 5 biggest improvements to the program in the past year. Or three years. Or five.
I have thought about creating a separate thread about this, but did not want to appear too negative.
