This week should be fun. Had an employee quit. Worse she then quit one week shy of her two-week notice which is worse than just quitting the day she quit. So, next week we are definitely without her. Now my MA has Covid.
So, it is I with my biller to see patients all week. I do have this super nice, try as hard as she can part-time biller/coder who just goes after claims which are not paid to fill in. But, every time she comes she asks where that round rotary thing went on the phones and why do we hit a Start button to Stop the computer. She has a good point there. We went 11 years with the same employees. Now, it is like a Merry-Go-Round.
The hard part is changing all the computer accounts and apps and stuff.
