Agree with John.
Dragon is an excellent tool, but it isn't perfect, and we all find the workarounds that suit our own situations.

Over the years I have built my own medical dictionary, so I don't feel like spending $$ to get the medical edition -- and anyway, as I understand it, I can use v.15 on 3 devices (handy) while Dragon Medical is limited to one or two. Everything I read says they have the same accuracy.
