I have a cheap version of Dragon (one that is not supposed to work in an EMR) installed on a home computer. If I log onto the office, I can dictate remotely into AC.
When I do so, I have some of the issues that Neil describes. It actually works quite well, but for example, capitalization of the first word dictated does not usually occur. (Though subsequent first words of sentences are capitalized). Annoying, but not a game changer. If there is a fix, I would love to hear it.
