I use Dragon on my remote computer (a Lenovo laptop) and connect to the office with Remote Desktop.
I use the microphones built into the computer (X-1 Carbon). Works fine, since Dragon is on the remote and all the bells and whistles work. Doesn't work with a poor internet connection, though.
