I've used Dragon non-medical for years--- currently V15 which is really superb.
I will work for EMR if you have the EMR in a remote window.
It won't work if you are connected directly to remote computer with VPN, and won't work in Updox or even this AC user forum.
Interestingly, it works fine for the EMR that our nursing home uses (it is Web based, called MatrixCare).
There are a few formatting problems which are pretty easy to work around, and you can't use the voice correction unless you use the dictation box and transfer to the AC in remote window. That works very well for long dictations, but is sort of a nuisance for short phrases.
