Glad you are trying it out. At times, I wish that wasn't there as well. But, it is supposed to be certified. Without the password anyone with access to your computer could open the email.
Their email address goes into the username automatically after the first time. Their password can be: password or mail or anything easy.
Remember, they can send you back a reply anytime by going into their web account. They need a username and password to get into the account.
It is also simple to renew your password. The only problem is most doctors can't even figure out how to put in a password.
