We used to use Medem. Its an ok service. But you can't attach documents to the message with Medem. With Relay, both you and the patient can attach documents to the message, and you can route messages to specific people.
Medem works better as a general,but primitive, practice website. In fact, the reason I developed a real website for us was because I wanted to move to Relay, but as your primary practice website their offering falls short. But its a great addition to your website.
