Got a mthly subscription for certified mail.
Seems the only issue I have is:
Patients will get a notice with a link that there is an email for them.
Then they click on this link.
So far fine.
Then they have to set up a password at certifiedmail.com (of their choice).
Then reenter the password.
Then they can open the email.
This password setup from patient side is something I do not like.
Why should they have to go one more step of setting up a password just to open their email?
Thoughts?
