There was an issue where they had multiple duplicate faxes/electronic renewals. This has since been resolved as far as I know. I was having some issues with getting all faxed refill requests again. Contacted Guardian Angel support and all is fixed and back to normal. I still get the occasional fax now and then but nothing like before.
